Summary of Professional Experience:

Mr. Walcott is a corporate attorney as well as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Walcott has practiced as a CPA for over thirteen years with experience in the investment banking, financial services, broadcasting, not-for-profit and governmental sectors. He is an experienced auditor in both the public and private sector with years of experience auditing the financial statements of the most complex entities and financial products available in the marketplace. Mr. Walcott is also an accomplished attorney with over three years of experience representing diverse clients regarding real estate, corporate and tax concerns with unmatched skill and dedication.

Mr. Walcott also advises clients who range from private individuals and new entrepreneurs to seasoned businesses on strategy matters including tax counseling, estate planning, and will preparation. His representations of clients on tax matters often include audits, collection and other adverse enforcement measures initiated by federal, state or other local taxing authorities. As both a CPA as well as an attorney, Mr. Walcott is uniquely qualified to represent a broad range of clients with simple and/or complex tax issues before regulatory bodies.

Mr. Walcott is also a veteran of the United States Military. Mr. Walcott served in the Air Force and was based out of Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. His responsibilities included the tracking and analysis of the performance of 32 fighter jets as well as the preparation of in-depth reports for senior base commanders regarding the mission readiness of the fighter planes.

Mr. Walcott has recently appeared on the cable program "Creating Black Wealth" as an expert commentator regarding the formation, taxation and liability issues regarding business formation in New York State. Mr. Walcott provided in-depth analysis of the advantages/disadvantages of the various types of legal entities available for businesses operating in New York State including sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLC's and corporations.
